Yesterday i just started my diet plan with Giuliana Rancic's meal plan...
NO SUGAR..NO CARB..NO OIL OR BUTTER...
my first trial, so far ok je but tue la everytime lapar apple,salad n plain water..THAT'S ALL!!!
dis morning my breakfast started with HONEY+GROUND CINNAMON+HOT WATER...
maybe will alternate with oolong Tea..
feel like vomit....
but i have to endure it since im going to get married SOON....
